How much time do you spend each day reflecting on where you are? Where you have been? Where you are going? Are you taking the time to see if your preverbal airplane is heading for the right destination? Do you have a destination? I often hear frustration from others that they are not where they want to be in life. When I sit down and talk to them they don’t even have a destination. How frustrating would it be to not even know where you want to go. How could you possibly gauge where you are? The first step is to know what you want in life. Set those goals. Make the plans so detailed that you can see the doing in the goal setting. Then it is vital to spend 1% of everyday evaluating your flight plan. Are you still on track. If not make the changes.
