I’m a big fan of getting up early and EXERCISING…… Yep get up at 5 a.m. and go Run/Crossfit/Zumba/ whatever floats your boat….But exercise. We know there are tremendous physiological advantages when you do this. There are also multiple mental advantages you will notice. If you don’t believe me……Try it for 2 weeks…. 2 weeks and you will echo my words. It may be one of the greatest changes you make that will change your life in every way for the good..
