Today’s Echo focuses on why activity is so important in our lives. As I am fortunate to spend a couple of days in Texas with Linnea I remember how active babies are. When we look at the amount of development we each experience in our lives there is no more growth than that of a child. From the languages we learn to the muscle coordination we develop our progress will never be greater than when we were between newborn and 5. I believe a great part of that development is being active and desiring to learn and grow. Babies become impatient fast and want to run before they can walk. As we get older I believe we become complacent in our ways and sometimes don’t want to put for the effort to learn and grow. Start today to increase your activity and you will once again become more accomplished in many area.
