Robin Sharma again today on the Echo talking about change. Change is always going to be hard. We are told that to created a new habit it takes 21 days of consistent behavior to develop that habit. The great thing is that after the 21 days it is much easier. It is always difficult to develop that habit but once done it can become your autopilot to greater things. Just remember that Day 1 usually is the hardest, Day 2 gets a little better and so on. Like the space shuttle you will need more energy and focus for liftoff than once you break through the atmosphere.
