If you remember one thing from today’s Light the World remember “Happiness is a Choice”. We can all look around us and focus on the GOOD or the bad around us. Everyone of us have blessings and a reason to rejoice. If you wake up everyone morning and the first thing you do is list 3 Wonderful things in your life you will begin to experience increased happiness in your life. Remember the brain is always scanning your environment for whatever you decide to focus on. When we begin to focus on the good rather than the bad our brain will naturally begin to scan all around for good. It may take a few weeks for this habit to begin to become instilled. Give it a try.
