Many years ago I learned a great lesson…. I, yes ME, “I determine my state of emotion”….I can decide to be upset, mad, depressed, or I can decide to be happy. Sometimes it may be difficult. One of the key ways you can change your emotional state is using by action. You have heard the old saying “Motion creates emotion”. We know exercise will increase you mood state. We also know that just by changing your facial muscles and body language you can change your state. Just try looking in the mirror for 60 seconds with a goofy smile on your face. You will notice you feel better. Start to understand you can change your emotional state by changing the way you move and breath and yes smile….:) One of my buddies is today’s echo.
