In keeping with yesterday’s Echo I talk again about nutrition. We consult many people that are trying to lose weight. The most common question I get is, “How many Calories should I take in each day”? This can become somewhat complex so in today’s episode I talk about a simplistic way to lean up and lose weight. Always remember that Permanent Health requires Permanent Change. Many people are looking for a quick fix to get leaner and lose weight. The reason we spend so much time with our patients is to help them transition to a life of healthy eating and living.
