The Daily Echo: Mark Twain on Worry: May 31, 2014

May 31, 2014

Mark Twain’s comments about worry are so true. How many times do we stress over things that never happen. Science says over 95% of the time we stress and worry about events that will never happen. Not only is this unproductive time but physically hurts us. The chemicals the body produces in response to stress can lead to serious disease and premature death. STOP it! it’s as simple as that. You control what you think about so just STOP thinking about things that might be or what if’s.
