Pain is request for change.
The difficulty is in connecting pain to the environment.
How are you sleeping? How are you eating? How many hours of Snapchat are you logging each night?
Where could you improve? How about more movement (steps)? What about basic tissue maintenance (garbage out / groceries in)?
Pay attention to your pain, look for opportunities to change & improve your environment, and keep those Snapchat hours to a minimum.
