This past week I listened to excerpts from Eric Maisel’s recent book “Rethinking Depression”. I was impressed to share this short clip today. Eric Shares a few insights that I think are critical in dealing with Depression. 1. Unhappiness Happens. Just because we have those down times does not relegate us to thinking we are depressed. It’s part of life. The problem is we focus on our emotions most of the time when we are “down”. We don’t seem to focus on our emotions when things are good. This and many other concepts Eric covers in his groundbreaking book. Take a listen.
