SLEEP… Yes Sleep. How well do you sleep? If I were to give you the data you might be shocked by the current data….. Awful is the best word to describe the sleep data of people around the world. YES we have a problem.

I have been focused on this self care habit for a few years now. To the point we have a “sleep cave” in our house. I also have the oura ring to monitor my sleep patterns. On today’s episode Brian gives us the highlights of this fantastic book.
