In working with patients over the years to get healthier many don’t realize how many calories they are consuming each day. I will use and exercise to have them record every morsel of food for a week and then go over the massive amount of calories, not to mention the poor nutrition they are taking in. Today’s video is quite simple. It shows a variety of foods and choices that are 200 calories. Getting healthy and becoming leaner is first about becoming aware. Aware of what you are putting in your body daily. Take the 3 minutes and see what 200 Calories looks like.
