This past week I wrote a review about the PSE running clinic with Brian Mackenzie. On today’s episode we are featuring Brian teaching how to deadlift and how to integrate the Jump Rope to help facilitate proper running. One of the challenges we have with people is they tend to want to “only” do certain things when training. Runners like to run and sometimes are not doing anything else.
