What is the most important thing you will do today? Read that book, pay that bill, prepare that proposal, go to the bank and deposit the checks? Or…… Read to your child, tell your spouse how much you love him/her, Call your mom or dad, help out your neighbor? We would be wise to heed the council of a wise man who said, “Things that matter most should never be at the mercy of things that matter least.” What would you rather NOT have in your life? Your car or your child? Your business or you spouse? Thankfully we don’t have to make those choices most of the time but many times the thing which matters most is at the mercy of the thing(s) that matter least. This week as you plan and prepare your schedules and agendas’. Make sure to schedule in those thins that really matter.
