Over the past 6 months while working with Dave Blanchard as my coach. This journal has been a very eye opening experience for me. Dave has allowed me to examine my thought processes many times over. This is difficult work if you have been living your life via your brain in the past, present, or areas of fantasy. I never realized how much time I was avoiding “NOW”. Over this journey as difficult as it has been it is becoming so rewarding. This past weekend while spending the day with my wife in disneyland I noticed a sign that has been there I believe since it opened. That is the focus of today’s echo.
