There is a psychological advantage because when we get up when we say we are we have WON the first battle of the day. This is very powerful in a world where our own integrity is vital. Integrity is doing what you say you will. How likely is it that you will stay on that nutritional path when your first test of “integrity” you fail by hitting the snooze button.
