The Daily Echo: Stand for RIGHT, Even if you stand alone…. January 17, 2016

This morning I was reflecting on a sermon I heard almost a decade ago from President Thomas S. Monson. Today’s short clip highlights beautifully his message. The world we live in today is far different from that our parents and grandparents lived in. We live in a place called “tolerance” today. Yes you heard me right tolerance. We are suppose to tolerate everything around us. NO RIGHT OR WRONG anymore. The moral decay of our society changes it’s standards everyday and if we stand up for our convictions and beliefs we are labeled as being discriminatory. I believe there is RIGHT and there is WRONG. We must find the courage to STAND for what is right, even if it means standing alone. True principles never change, Right and Wrong never change. We can justify all we want but the truth will always be the truth. We need to look no further than the master Jesus Christ himself to know those truth’s. Begin today to Stand for what is right, even if you have to stand alone.
