The Daily Echo: Your Elbows and Shoulders and Limiting Your Squatting Power: November 13, 2019

Taking a look at elbows and shoulders during your back squat. If you or your athlete(s) tend to show elbows back (rather than under the bar), there’s a chance something un-rad is happening in the shoulder. You might also notice the head falls forward, which is a compensation to create tension in the system – tension that would otherwise exist in the lats if/when those elbows come down.
